Every day I see my gladiolus to see how they are growing and my sister asked me why is there only one long leaf ? I told her there are three bulbs, that one is growing, when I went to see it like every day I said somebody touched me, the soil is raised and look at that😮😮omg incredible wow, I can wait to see those flowers😍😍
Hi there, beginner gardener here! I was wondering if anyone able to help identifying these white spots that have come up on my olive plant. I’m starting to get concerned as there’s a few leafs affected and I’m unsure how to treat it. It doesn’t rub off and the other side of the leaf looks fine. Any advice/info is very appreciated! ☀️🌱

Hello! 🤠 New to plants and received 3 by mail yesterday. Didn’t know to inspect/quarantine. I’m concerned the Peperomia Watermelon, and Peperomia Hope may have some kind of pest or mildew? Would it be too soon to treat with Captain Jack’s Neem Oil. Or should I do sticky traps for now and let them acclimate? I’m concerned for the Monstera as well. Any advice is appreciated!.(:

Can anyone tell my why the leaves on this peace lily look like this? This plant came from a funeral in 2014, so keep in mind she is 11years old. I have only had her for about a year and a half after my aunt was tired of dealing with it. Can the wrinkled looking leaves be saved or should I just cut them off? Blue pot is what she looked like when I got her, since repotting she has put out 2 new small leaves. Placed directly infront of a south facing window.
Hello everyone! I’m in the East Inland Empire and have three potted Birds of Paradise along my awning. They get hit with strong wind and the harsh afternoon sun since my house faces east and there’s no shade later in the day. Besides moving them, does anyone have any suggestions to help protect them? Should I get awning blinds?Thanks in advance!
Might be a super dumb question but are these leaves yellowing from an issue or is it part of the leaf pattern? Can’t remember which Pothos this is but I know some kinds can have yellowish streaks. Got it about a month ago, leaves feel firm but hasn’t grown at all. For comparison’s sake, last photo is I believe a Jade Pothos on the same wall, growing just fine and thriving.
my english ivy has been struggling. i don’t really know what im doing tbh but the leaves are all dried out and yellow. what should i do to save it/ can she be saved?

Majesty Palm help! I’ve had this guy for about 3 months now and he won’t stop browning :( is it normal environment shock? New growth has no brown yet, but all of the palms that were present when I received that plant have either been cut or are brown. I mist daily, try to water every other day. Repotted about a month ago.
best treatments and after treatment for plants with thrips? I now found them on one of my prayer plants 😭 I generally unpot, rinse, spray with one of these two, let soak for a few hours, then rinse off really well before repotting and watering again. am I doing it right?

This is my twisted peppermint which doesn’t exist on planta. But because it appears to be an unpopular plant no one knows how to help me. Since I brought it home it’s wilting, leaves turning brown on the edges and the leaves are super easy to pull off around the bottom. Every site says something different on how to care for it and I just want this unique plant to live. Please help!!
Any experience with borer insects? What is a good insecticide that can help get rid of them? I heard zlyam is good but 100+ dollars I’m trying to see cheaper options before going with that one P.S it’s for a mesquite tree (neltuma velutina) Thank you
