hi!! very new plant mom here. got this felt bush about 3 months ago at a festival and have a hard time taking care of it since, so many of its leaves have fallen ill with black spot and iâve had to snip. the second pic is when i got him, the first pic is from a month ago, and the third pic is from today. the original pot broke recently and iâve had to rehouse it into a new pot but is very droopy and iâm not exactly sure where to start when trying to bring him back to his former glory and a better one :(
Bella palm hates me! I have changed the location after thinking it was too close to the light, I use my Planta watering and fertilizer schedule and still is hurting. Any help appreciated!
this is spriggins, kinda got him without knowing what he was but i think heâs a pepperonis nitida. anyways as iâm sure you can see in the picture his leaves are getting eaten by what i think are fungus gnats. how can i get rid of them without having to completely change out the soil ? if thereâs any other thoughts about whatâs eating the leaves please let me know :)
HELP!!! Today I went to repot my oldest plant and watched a YouTube video to help me. Following the video, I completely washed it and studied the roots. As I was doing so I noticed that the roots look extremely weak, I have inserted a picture to help me describe it. Are they still alive and healthy? Should I keep doing what Iâm doing? WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHAT SHOULD I DO?? #newplantmom #helpme
I have a dwarf umbrella plant, the leaves keep dropping and falling off. How can I bring it back to life? Itâs usually in my bedroom that has a north facing window, i moved it out to the hall for it to get more light but it doesnât seem to be improving.
I have leaf damage on my sweet potato vine, Ipomoea âAce of Spades.â It came that way when I bought it. Looks puckered. Then, the small leaf veins dry out around the puckered/embossed areas. The leaf cracks at those sites. Looks like itâs disintegrating. No apparent insect chew holes or leaf miners found. No insects found. I inspect every single leaf and quarantine new plants 30 days. No other issues on this plant. I propagated several small pieces. New growth looks fine on both the cuttings and at the mother plant. Any ideas? Background: Iâm in Zone 9. Got it two weeks ago from the grocery store (delivery). I thought it was heat stress from the 100°+F temperatures here in the South causing the cracked dry leaf veins. But, no dry leaf tips, yellowing or wilting were seen. No bugs. So, I did not return it to the store. The soil was very dry when it arrived and retains water about 5 days before completely drying out. I use a moisture meter. I typically water every 2 -3 days in this heat. Itâs kept outside on a covered patio. It gets morning light until noon. Gets bright indirect light after noon. I have not fertilized it the 2 weeks I had it.
Please help! My cat Palm is looking very sad! (The third picture is what it looked like a month ago). It had mites on it a couple weeks ago so I washed all the leaves with water then sprayed neam oil. Then again recently I noticed even more mites so I washed it with water and put neam oil again.
Help for Pete! My husband repotted our Cat Palm and heâs gone downhill since. Weâve tried watering more, less, taking him outside for more humidity and direct sun but he seems to be getting worse. He does have one green shoot but it flops over. Any thoughts on how to help Pete?

someone please help! đ i still cant figure out whatâs wrong with my white butterfly arrowhead plant! i repotted her, because she started to fall apart in a pot that was too big, and i needed to give her some support with a smaller pot. after i did this though, she wilted! the bottom leaves are the most affected :( the roots looked perfectly fine when i transplanted her, and sheâs been watered (still no perking up after 2 days) any help would be greatly appreciated!!! (first pic was the day i transplanted her)

Help! I was given this snake plant from my grandma and thought it was doing very well. It even has a new pup growing. However Iâve just noticed this odd mold/fungus growing between the leaves. Anyone know what this is or what I can do for it? I am repotting with new soil but should I use a new pot as well?
