Hey guys,
I’ve had this hairy hairy panda plant for about 9 months now and he’s alive, but he’s very tall and skinny compared to pictures of other panda plants online. Is he okay? Does he need more sun?
Also, does anyone have fertilizer recommendations? Thanks!

I don’t know what plant this is so I feel like I haven’t been able to properly care for it. Anyone know the possible plant/issue?

Hey guys! This year I bought two Apple trees one Honey Crisp and one semi dwarf Fuji. A little while ago I noticed the bark was yellow on them both. I posted it on here and someone said to g et paint. I got the paint it chipped off and the bark is still yellow. I have now noticed the amount of insects on them and the leaves turning crispy. I know that this is an app for house plants but in case anyone has Apple trees and knows what’s happening it is very appreciated. Thank you!

hi ! if you saw my last post, i was dealing with little green jumping bugs in my golden pothos.. with advice from you all i got a neem oil & sprayed it down last night ! i left it outside overnight & just went to check on it.
i believe i may have left it out in direct sunlight too long & burnt the leaves ! or is it from the neem oil ? are they recoverable / should i leave or remove them ?

I need opinions. This is Nesty my nesting fern. Are these regular spider webs or something more sinister 😖? She lives outside so I know she’s dusty and has hard water spots 🙂↔️

Hi all,
I’m somewhat new to keeping houseplants but I’ve noticed something. I recently got this Coleus and I can’t tell if the small bugs crawling around the soil are beneficial (as I purchased it from a vendor who took care of the soil of her plants) or if they are something along the lines of spidermites. There are no webs, and none are on the stems or leaves. Only on the soil. I wish I could post a video but these are all I could do.
I would so appreciate any insight! Thank you!

For a plant the is allegedly one of the easiest to care for and a good starter plant, spider plants seem to be my nemesis.
I don’t know what I am doing wrong, I have 4 of them, they were all lovely looking and full-ish. Now they all seem to have yellowing and or rotting leaves.
I have them in various light sources, I only water when necessary. My soil is potting mix + perlite. They were all doing so much better when just grown in water.
What do these apparent fussy buggers like? I guarantee you, it’s not me!
Gary (left) was in a pot with no drainage, so I repotted him and he now has drainage, maybe he is still suffering from his previous lack of? He lives right in our kitchen window which has an overhanging roof, so gets bright-ish indirect light.
Shelob (right) has drainage but is on a top shelf in our bedroom, maybe she needs more light so her soil drys faster/doesn’t remain wet for as long? I was going to relocate her today to a brighter spot.
Please help, any advice appreciated.

Can anyone help me figure out what’s happening to my spider plant? Some of the leaves keep turning brown so I keep pulling them off.

Why are the leaves going light coloured? I’ve tried adjusting water, lighting, adding fertilizer. Not sure what else to do!

What are these? I found them on one Hoya leaf that unfortunately is near a screen door to my deck. Thanks! I have a treatment. I use alcohol soap spray and bonide systemic which work great together but wonder if are aphids.

This pothos was doing great in my room until suddenly the edges started browning. i repotted thinking that was the issue but it wasn’t and it’s happening on the other leaves now (including one i tried to propagate). Any idea how to solve this?? 😭

This is big boi. Since big boi was reported - about five months ago now, his growth has been rather slow and several leaves have yellowed (which I have since chopped). What I’ve noticed is that the soil dries out within a couple days. My question is, is it possible I aerated the soil _too_ much? Should my heuristic be “just water whenever the soil is actually dry, don’t overthink it”? Yes, I know it’s really in that westward facing window.
I use a moisture meter and within 2-3 days after watering, it’s dry dry.
Thanks for your thoughts.

My plant has what looks like bite marks on the leaves. Any idea what type of pests/ diseases this could be?

Hi! New plant person here. My monstera deliciosa seems happy- she just pushed out a double fenestrated leaf that is fabulous. A week later I noticed one of her bottom leaves turning super yellow… she’s right in a north facing window. I am careful to not overwater and she doesn’t have pests. We are in a heat wave and she is next to my floor air conditioner vents so I’m wondering if that could impact? Anyway take a peek at the picture and drop your thoughts. I appreciate your insight!!

My ivy has been dying at the end of the vines and it hasn’t been producing any new leaves and it hasn’t grown much either. It is under a grow light for 12 hours a day and has not been repotted recently. It is on a good watering schedule for a while now. I’m not sure what to do? Should I give it a pole to climb up?

Help!!! I have a shampoo ginger rhizome and the leaves are turning yellow and drying up. I just purchased a soil moisture meter for watering purposes. I have it in indirect light. Any other recommendations?
