My plant here, Hank, gets lots of sun but I’m not sure if he is getting too much or too little. I asked someone I know who is very experienced with plants if they knew what to do and they said he needs lots of sun but not direct sunlight. I put him on the ground near a sunny spot in my room but that was after I removed him straight from my window and he still has brown dry spots on his leaves. I also find that his soil gets dry fast so do I just need to move him? What do I do?

Did he get the brown spots while being at the brighter light and then you moved him? Or did they occur after you moved him?

They occurred when he was at my window and then I moved him and they are still there.

I don’t see why he wouldn’t like the indirect light, but brown spots don’t turn back green. I would leave him be and see if pups (baby plants) come up in the next few months.

You can trim the leaves with brown edges if they bother you.

the brown spots unfortunately wont go away but put him in indirect light and play around a little bit for a good spot if his soil get dry fast then that could be a need for repot
