I have the WORST gnat problem with one plant in particular. I bottom water it since it’s one that needs to be watered a ton. I’ve tried the neem oil spray and it’s not fixing it fully. Any tips??

If it’s only one plant, you could try repotting it completely in fresh soil and soaking the roots for half an hour in a mix of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water to kill any larvae or eggs that could’ve been laid by the gnats. If you don’t want to repot, you could try mosquito bits/dunks during waterings, but that might take a few weeks to effectively rid the soil of the gnats. Hope this helps!
1 j'aimeThank you! I’ll try this
1 j'aimeNo problem! Good luck! Gnats are the worst.
0 J'aimeI use the yellow plant sticky traps that you can put in the pot. I also use Zevo insect traps. If it severe enough, I have repotted the plant in not miracle gro soil. The soil has gnats in it. I switched my soil and saw a drastic difference.
1 j'aimeThank you! I have a trap near it and it fills up so fast and they’re still not going away😅 I think I’m going to try new soil
0 J'aimeMake sure you get as much soil off the roots as possible and wash the pot. Gnat eggs are microscopic and no need to bring that to the new soil
0 J'aimeI do not blame you tho lol.
