Hey friends! My beautiful rattlesnake plant has developed yellow spots on the tip of the leaf. Does this mean the spot I have it in is too sunny and or hot?? Help!!

The plant doesn't look awfully bleached so I think you'll be fine with light. I think the brown tips look more like a water issue, especially with the water stain on the middle of that 1 leaf. Are you using distilled to water her? Prayer plants in general are pretty sensitive to hard water lol

Also check the pH of the soil it could be an acidity problem

Rattlesnake calathea can be sensitive to tap water so using distilled water is a good idea as previously mentioned. It could also be humidity or a watering issue too much or too little. It seems like almost everything boils down to water, in the air or in the pot, too much or too little, tap or distilled! Ahhhhh!
