Does anyone know what’s wrong with my succulent? The leaves are firm- it’s not dehydrated, and it’s the same color as when I got it. It was very uniformly positioned when I got it, not lopsided or leaves laying on each other.

Does it get a few hours of direct sun every day? It needs it. Looks like it is becoming etoliated due to lack of light. Leaves will change position due to amount of light and due to amount of moisture they still have. With sun, or very bright high quality grow lights, it will color up for you. In the pic, those colors are from sun stress. Hope I answered your question.
2 likesI think it’s getting sun but I could possibly put it in a brighter spot? It’s been cloudy lately so that might be part of the issue.
1 likeA few cloudy days won’t hurt. And my response is based on your pic and description. I honestly don’t see too much going on with your plant. So I gave you some general answers. But maybe the beginning of etoliated. Easily fixed. And want you are observing may be totally normal. As I said in post, they change with different conditions.
