I got this monstera recently and noticed these spots. Any idea what they are/how to treat. I haven’t seen any actual live bugs and have been using captain jacks neem oil since I noticed

No this is not normal and can be a number of things such as - overwatering ( soft mushy or yellow stem with dark brown spots) -under watering (crispy or brown edges on leaf and if the plant is very droopy) -irreversible damage (need to gentle cut away dead or brown parts without damaging the good green parts)
