Thoughts on what the heck is happening to my beautiful flower? It’s a Anthurium andraeanum that I got back in March with only 1 flower and has grown so big ❤️ but now she has 2 orange-ing flowers and 2 lovely pink ones.

Beautiful plant!!
いいね 1件Color chasing is common in these plants. Insufficient light, inconsistent watering, and high nitrogen levels can cause the color changes. 🪴🍀
いいね 1件Maybe she needed a bigger pot? That’s certainly something I can swap out no problem!
0件のいいねWhen did you last fertilize? And how much sun and water does she gets? When was the last time you repotted and checked roots?
0件のいいねHonestly I haven’t repotted in a while. She gets lots of indirect sun since my car port blocks most of direct sun. I water every 7-14 days / whenever the soil looks dry. Haven’t fertilized yet since it seemed to be doing just fine.
いいね 1件Check the roots to see if the are overgrown. It may not need a larger pot. The leaves look healthy even without fertilizer showing no identifiable issues. There could be fertilizer beads in there the potting mix. Repotting too soon can cause more problems.
0件のいいねBeautiful plant. Discolored Anthurium leaves are usually caused by an underlying problem like overwatering, incorrect lighting, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental stress, with symptoms varying by issue: yellowing can signal poor light or nutrient issues, while yellowing that progresses to brown spots, especially on edges, often points to overwatering or root rot. To solve the problem, adjust your watering, provide bright, indirect light away from direct sun and drafts, ensure a well-draining soil mix, and consider using a balanced fertilizer, especially one high in phosphorus for flowering.
