Hello everyone, i just purchased this Thai and the stem is growing this black spot, is there a way I can make it stop or do i have to repot and look into the roots? thanks

    Hmm yeah I would check the roots for rot

      Completely agree. Same thing happened to me with my birkin (different plant I know) before her stem started turning entirely brown. I’d say check those roots and if it is rotting, cut off the black and mushy roots and treat it with 3% hydrogen peroxide.

      would you reccomend i cut the stem completely or would it heal?
