My plant, Bop, was placed under a closed window and wasn't watered for a long time and she is loosing lots of leaves in an unhealthy condition. The leaves brown, not fall off, I take them off. I moved her somewhere with more sunlight and gave her water, so she's hopefully doing better. Is there anything else I can do?

If it doesn't seem to come back then i would suggest propagating it. Start over..

I hope you save your plant, Sounds as if it gave up and rotted out. Possibly mildew if it was in shade. Windows have humidity around this time so may have developed from time/ with the cold window. Repot into a less compact and clean soil / by simply just placing the propagated stem at least 4 nodes tall ( place the bottom node) in soil. With a 45 degree stem cutting . Top off the stem cuttings with water delicately and top off with soil by shaking the container to fit nice.

If the propagation cuttings have leafs on them they will have a less success rate has for you have to babysit the cuttings by misting so they don’t dry out. The goal is for roots at this point rather than going for looks.

Prune whatever you see brown and bad. More energy would be needed for the poor plant to try and survive its cutting if it has leafs attached that take energy away from the roots.
