Does anyone know what the small white circles are in the pot? I don’t feel that it’s a pest as the plant is growing rapidly and is very happy. Ai said possibly fungal growth? Something I should be concerned about? Have never seen before. Debating on repotting as the plant is drying out quickly between watering. Thoughts?
Unsure what it is, but not all funguses are bad so if your plant is doing well you probably don’t have to worry about it

Ive had this stuff before, I find it usually happens when my more bark-y soil stays consistently wet for too long, Ive never had a problem with it harming my plants and less humidity usually makes it die back. (At least in my personal experience, it may be more harmful then I know and my plants are just super strong lol)

If those are the yellow houseplant mushrooms, they’re usually harmless to the plant, but I found them incredibly annoying and honestly a bit gross. In my case, some of my plants had them growing around the roots, and it looked like an alien colony had moved into the pot. 👽😅 What usually helps is removing the mushrooms as soon as they appear, letting the soil dry out a bit more between waterings, improving airflow, replacing the top layer of soil, or repotting the plant into fresh potting mix if the problem keeps coming back. For some reason, they kept appearing in my plants when I was just starting out and didn’t even have many plants yet. I ended up completely replacing the soil, and since then I haven’t been bothered by them again.

1 mi piaceThat's flowerpot parasol. It can indicate overwatering if you see it bloom frequently, but otherwise it's just a harmless fungus enjoying the soil conditions. You can let it bloom if you like, pick off the mushroom part when it appears, or use a fungicide to completely kill it. If you have curious pets or children, make sure they don't eat it; these mushrooms aren't really dangerous, but they can cause stomach upset
