Someone please tell me what this is all over my hydrangea and how to stop it! I keep cutting the infected leaves off and have thinned out the bush for ventilation, but it seems to be getting worse?

It looks like rust, you can get an ornamental rose fungicide spray that all help with this. The only other options I have dealt with rust is to cut off all affected leaves, spray with rose spray and if rust comes back after that I will give the whole plant a repot as the dirt it in will have particles and they are very very susceptible and will just keep growing

Thank you. This is planted in the ground. Do I need to dig it up and move it?

If you can move it absolutely! If not just dig the hole twice as big as the plants is and then fill the extra space with some charcoal and some brand new potting/garden mix. The charcoal will help control the bacteria in the dirt and stop the rust :))

I heard spraying ivory soap on it could help
