Beneficial bugs or baddies?? There is some decay on this sick (but recovering) plant, so I’m thinking these are just natural detritus bugs, possibly springtails? I’ve quarantined just in case. Any tips appreciated!

These look like the same bugs my pothos gets and they are probably what’s causing the decay cause they eat on the roots of your plants. For the next few times you water it mix some hydrogen peroxide into the water about 1/8th hydrogen peroxide to water
1 mi piaceDefinitely springtails. They're good to have around; they eat mold. It does look like your soil might be staying very wet and that you have some decaying plant material; you might want to check for root rot
4 Mi piaceProbably harmless. I would not water with hydrogen peroxide.
2 Mi piaceSpringtails are completely harmless to the plant but do usually mean there is a lot of moisture trapped in the soil I would definitely check the roots like Waspinator said
