I’ve had this snake plant for a year now and it has two new shoots sprouting, but i’ve been noticing it’s browning on the edge of one of the leaves and i’m not sure why. Any ideas?

Is it soft and squishy there or crispy?

Might be sun burn in that spot or even mechanical damage from something scraping it.

Dry and crispy is usually a sign of not enough water or too much sun, if the back side of the leaves are fine then it’s most likely the sun. What direction is the window facing?

I think you’re right it used to be in a window in direct sunlight. The sunlight hit it right where it’s browning. Thank you!
