Does anyone know what this issue might be? I just put my Pink Princess in a moss pole now that she has several aerial roots, which I thought I had to keep watered. I’ve discontinued watering my pole, and I just watered the other day. I’ve also added a grow light as she’s in a North Facing window. This spots have shown up on several of my smaller leaves now and were mushy at first, but are now dry and brittle. Any ideas and/or solutions?

Have you checked the soil? Or the roots for rot? May have overwatered it on accident.

I had just repotted it when I added the moss pole, so I haven’t thought to check yet! I’ll do that as soon as I can

I checked the roots tonight and I think some of them started to rot (they broke off in my fingers with gentle massaging). I took out the moss pole for now and went down 2 inches in the pot size! I also replaced the soil with a chunkier mix!

I had my pink princess in indoor potting mix extra perlite and it did just fine.

That’s pretty much what I did, I just added some extra orchid bark since I ran out of Perlite

I will say. I never had a moss pole in any of mine. I currently have a philodendron “moonlight”. I cal him Mr. Moon. He is thriving in it. I know others recommend the moss pole. I’ve never had any problems.
