Just saw a few of these guys on my Jade plant. There's not many, and no signs of damage or anything yet, but what is this? How do I get rid of it?

RhusOh no I'm so sorry, I think it might be thrips. I'm afraid you're going to have to burn the house down and move to a deserted island. (Seriously though, if you are ok with systemic pesticides, the time to treat is now. If you wait they will suddenly be everywhere and killing your plants very fast)

It's a springtail. Nothing to worry about, and it'll eat mold for you
