    I suspect a nutriment deficiency, thinking of repotting it

      I also having the same problem even leaf are falling off I repotted never get the response back .

    They usually turn reddish like that if overwatered

    red spots like this are common on fiddle leaf figs (and hoya); it’s a type of edema, from overwatering or the soil staying wet too long
