Shall I just give up on this plant.. I think it root rot and I’ve already trimmed my plant a week ago with the same issue. Also, I put it in clay to help It out. Seems like it’s the same issue

Unfortunately, I think it may be unsalvageable, the stem is rotting and it looks like there’s no healthy nodes to propagate :(
3 Mi piaceThanks again!! Makes me feel bad when I kill plant
1 mi piaceYou’re welcome! It’s all a part of the journey, I’ve killed countless plants but I’ve learned from my experiences :)
5 Mi piacemy pothos stems start to rot when they’re rooting in water, do i cut the rotting part off before planting? and is this normal
2 Mi piaceIt might be that you’re putting them in water too quickly after chopping them off the plant, I like to let mine sit out to callous for about two days before I put them in water, otherwise they can rot from not being calloused completely
2 Mi piaceooh okay thank you. shall i take them out the water and leave them on something? they’ve been in for 1 days
1 mi piaceThe leca is looking super wet. I think this one is a goner, though 🥺 Can’t see all the angles, but don’t see a propagable piece either… For future reference, make sure that the levels of water with the leca are appropriate
4 Mi piaceThanks everyone..
1 mi piaceI would wash with just a little Dawn change the water and clean your container ☺️
