kenanewbie alocasia owner here, to me it looks like it needs a new, bigger pot, and a place with more sun.

She looks like she may be thirsty but check the soil first. You could probably change the soil and give it a water. The plant actually looks quite nice. Just proper lighting and I think this thing will spring back!
