Not sure what to do about the pests, but I believe your plant is a syngonium podophyllum, or arrowhead plant.

Thrips are teeny little white/clear things. They are super contagious. Happyhappyhouseplant on IG has a great series on managing them. Basically you need to isolate the plants, treat the soil and the leaves (they lay eggs in the leaves and are asexual so you only need one to have a major prob!). I am battling these now. Good luck 🤗😵💫
1 me gustawhat i found helped was sprinkling cinnamon on the surface of the soil! but also isolate and i suggest getting fly catchers so the gnats can get stuck to those!
0 Me gustaI use diatomaceous earth (fossil shell flour) on the soil. It’s like magic
1 me gustaI bought an another plant from someone and we asked them about the bugs, and they said it's the dirt that we bought from the store. And thank you for suggesting ideas!! But now I need to buy more dirt an repot all plant that have the bugs, but thank you soooo much!!!
