Help!!! I’ve left this far too long, but my Echevaria Sally is growing extremely long… into the glass window. I’m assuming she needs more sun, but I don’t have anywhere sunnier to put her (and animals will definitely eat her outside). I’ve heard a couple things about grow lights? Does anyone have any other ideas / tips about how to fix this or make the plant grow up straighter?

    I recommend grow lights. I have them and my plants love them

    if you really want to make it shorter you can chop it off where it get more leafy and keep the stem to make babies

    I also noticed there roots coming out to so that would help a lot to

      Yay! This sounds like a great idea! Is it just that simple… just cut the stem at the leafy part? Will the plant still be ok if it doesn’t have those leaves to absorb the sunlight?

      yea pretty much just make sure you still have like and inch of stem when you cut off and make sure it calluses over before you plant ( just leave on a table for a day so the cutting can harden) the pang will be out not in soil for a couple hours. And the rest of the stem that still there will sprout new shoots
