Hello! Unfortunately my Amaryllis leaves have yellowed and wilted. I don’t know what to do. It started with one that has gone completely limp and now the other is turning yellow as well. Only one leaf now remains. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Isn't it just the bulb getting into it's resting stage? Imagine tulips, they'll flower, grow their leaves which then wither, getting the bulb ready to flower again next spring.

Oh perhaps! Fingers-crossed that’s the case. Is there a way to check that it’s the bulb and not it just dying?

      No it hasn’t bloomed yet!

This is not the resting stage if it has not bloomed yet. After blooming the plant will pull back nutrients from the leaves and flowers to feed the bulbs which helps it get through winter. This could be too much or too little water, cold temperatures, too low light or several other reasons. Sometimes you just get a dud bulb. It’s difficult to tell. I would recommend trying with another bulb if you have every other variable under control. 🍀🪴
