Anyone what know what this is on the soil at the base of my peace Lilly? Plant seems fine, but Iām not sure if itās a fungus or just minerals from the soil. Itās an indoor house plant and Iāve been following the watering schedule.

That's mold. Either just scoop it out, treat with a fungicide/moldicied that's plant safe
2 gillningarGround cinnamon should help too. Just means the top soil is still moist and in a warm environment.
1 gillaThanks guys. The room that itās in is really warm during the summer. I will try the cinnamon. I also read that neem oil may help. I just donāt want it to spread to the plant or roots.

itās mold. not harmful in and of itself but it can be an indicator of overwatering or lack of airflow around the plant which both can cause issues if left alone. back off watering and open a window or turn on a fan would be my recommendation. you can scrape off the fuzz too if you like
0 gillningarWelp PF, I think you may have hit it on the head. It is a humid room, with absolutely no air flow. I can put a fan in there to move the air around. Thanks
