Opinions on leaving the plant as is or going ahead and chopping her down and propagating. This plant was a 75% off rescue from Lowe’s. The browning happened the first week I brought her home and has stopped after moving her to a different room.

Depends on how long you’ve rescued it for so far.. I’d give it at least 6 months before chopping it or propagating so it can get accustomed to your environment (even though it’s way better than Lowe’s) and it will have a much happier and healthier result!
