New Plant Mama

Found these mites on my rubber plant. I wiped them all off easy enough but I’d like to know what they are and how to keep them off naturally. They aren’t on any of my other plants.

Looks like aphids, clean front and back of foliage with 70% alcohol, spray plant really good with neem oil. It’s best to keep your foliage shined by neem oil

Are you referring to the brown blurry dot on the vein?

Looks like scale. There typically more than one on a plant. Scraping or wiping them off is the right thing to do. Follow up with insecticidal soup to clear out the hard to see juveniles. Check again in a week and for stragglers.
