Hi everyone, I repotted this spider plant from spiderettes(?) a few days ago and now it’s looking a bit sad. The leaves are slightly wilting, are softer than they were and are duller. I’d almost say they look slightly translucent. I carefully pulled up two of the plants and it appears they’ve begun to develop a root stem, but I’m not sure what is happening and if I need to be concerned. Wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be and how to fix it. Thanks!

This happens to mine. They are still in a propagation phase, so this means you need to keep it constantly moist.

They are getting adjusted to the new pot. Give them time. They will quickly put out roots that can support the leaves. Some leaves might die off as the plant works on its roots. Not an issue. You can add rooting hormone powder, fertilizer and even Superthrive Plant Vitamins to help boost the plant. 🪴🍀

I will add that I don’t keep spider babies in soil constantly moist. I thoroughly water. Then, I let the soil dry out before watering again. This is a large pot. So, the roots aren’t deep. I would water again after the soil dries down about an inch or two.
