can anyone identify what's wrong with my plectranthus? I've checked the roots and they look fine, but the stems are shriveled. the leaves are floppy, like it needs water but I've tried increasing my watering and no change. this is a cutting from my mother's plant and i really don't want to lose it so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Did you propagate in water?

yes i propagated it in water about two years ago. it was doing really well for about a year and a half until it just started losing leaves and looking like this.

Is ot getting less light than it was? I wouldn't over water it. Maybe a refresh of new soil?

Aww okay. So shouldn't be that. Which kinda leaves a possible watering issue

just following up to see if you figured out what the issue was and if/how you resolved it? i have the same issue with my plectranthus and it's so sad it used to be so beautiful 😢

so it is looking better, the stems are full and leaves are sturdy. i ended up taking cuttings and propagating them in water. it still drops leaves frequently but it's blooming so maybe that's just how they are. i use a well draining soil and water it every 4-6 days or when the pot feels light.
