Please help This was a peace lily and even flowered last year. I had to move her location because we’re in the middle of renovations. I water her every eight days. The bottom soil feels damp, but the first few inches are dry, but I’m wondering if I should repot her into a smaller pot and just keep trying because there is one little growth I noticed. Is this hopeless I hate to throw her out.

    I would take the new growth out of soil entirely. I “adopted” anearly dead piece and switched it to water and they are now thriving. (Pics to reference growth over the past month and a half). She now lives in my aquarium

      Beautiful work So take the little growth and put her in her own little pot of soil ? Thank you

      I would also check the roots for potential issues like rot or lack of substantial secondaries. PlantswithKrystal (on EVERY social platform) has a vid about rescuing her moms peace lily from root rot by transferring to water and why it works.

    I have a large pot full of old soils from repotting that I call my plant graveyard and I just toss my almost dead plants Into it, cover with more soil and occasionally water if I remember and I’ve had a peace Lilly sprout again and a pothos that I thought was dead. So excited when I see something growing in it!!

    They fight to stay alive so I sure don’t throw anything out these days unless I know for sure it’s a goner.
