Looking for advice on how to keep my Lily alive! It’s starting to droop. Is it because of temperature? Watering? Sunlight?

First I made the same mistake when I first got into plants but that is an anthurium! And mine struggled with root rot. I would take it out of the soil and check the roots and spray with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect.

Would it hurt to put hydrogen peroxide on the roots anyways? Would I need a different pot?

Nope! I like to spray my roots down each time I repot incase there is rot I just can’t see. And if the pot is too small and the plant is root bound then I would upsize 1-2 inches bigger than the root ball. If not clean out the pot it’s in and I would spray the inside down with hydrogen peroxide as well just to make sure.
