Let it dry out. Looks like overwatering. Check the roots for rot
1 j'aimeIf you are leaving water in the water globe all the time, then, it’s definitely overwatered as Michael indicated. Also, ZZ plants have thick “rhizomes” like growth that can hold more moisture than typical plants. Give it sufficient as well. Insufficient light can also cause yellowing. 🪴🍀
