Hey anyone have some tips on how I should be storing my soil? I live in much colder climate with less direct sun now so the humidity is higher than I’m used to and I think that probably how I ended up with these fun guys (ba-dumst 🥁)

I store mine in an air-tight container and have never had issues with mold or fungi. I’ve also rotate the container once a month at least. Like flip it upside down and roll it a couple times

The thing I’m pointing at is the foam piece to make it air tight

Don’t know why I never thought to do this! May I ask where you got the container from?

This is just a dog food container from Home Goods! Any dog food container works, you can even buy them off Amazon. If you aren’t particularly in aesthetics then a 5 gallon paint bucket with a lid also works from Lowe’s/home depot

Just so you know, mushrooms are good in your soil. It means your soil is very healthy!😊
