Some sort of worm..

Worm in plant! What to do? I’m a new plant owner and I believe I was over watering this plant for a bit but have since stopped. How can I remove the worm?

someone can (please) correct me if i’m wrong, but that looks like a garden millipede to me. it may have just wandered into the plant, but you can scoop it out and throw it outside since they’re harmless. they are attracted to decaying matter and moisture so i’d keep an eye on how damp your soil is and spray the plant down with neem oil to protect from pests just in case. :)

Yeah, one came out today, on a plant I've had for almost 2 mos... came out to play with yours! 😆 I still have to wait for my husband to get home to deal with it, and I close the shop down! I don't look at anymore plants until I've recharged overnight! 🤣 I just can't... heebee jeebees! 🙈🙉🙊
