    Nope! It’s just some slime mold and will not hurt your plant

    It was just staying wet way too long. It’s mushrooms & slim mold. They won’t hurt the plant or you. But you need to let that soil dry out more between waterings. And probably more air flow around it. And it looks like it’s in a pot that is too large for the size of the root ball. Ideally, you want to have it in a pot that is only one or two inches bigger (in diameter) than the root ball 😊
