Try a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip, if it’s mealybugs, it will dissolve fast!

If it's not mealybugs, it'd be either a white slime mold or flowerpot parasol. Because it's on the stem, my guess is slime mold

For both flowerpot parasol and slime mold, you can treat with a fungicide. Hydrogen peroxide is the most common one

Looks like you have a bit of an issue starting here, if you are not quick enough you can lose the plant because they are very invasive (will take over in the span of two months). This plant needs to be placed in isolation anyway from all your plants. The stem you are showing is one that will need to be cut (you want to cut the issue out). Afterwards, dab any other area you see that may have one with rubbing alcohol. Once you’ve completed that, you will need to use a spray. I use insecticidal soap and spray the tops and bottoms of the leaves. I had an orchid that I thought was “pollinating.” Turned out it was infested with mealy and I lost the plant.

My suggestion to you as well is avoid a repot right away, this can shock the plant especially if you are providing treatment.

Here’s the photo from far. The reason why I believe it may be a pest is because if you look at one of the leafs above it, it can see it at the tip of the leaf so it’s kinda spreading abnormally. If you get a bit closer to it in a video you’ll be able to see it a bit better. If it’s not mealy it could also be spiders (maybe the photo isn’t clear enough and it’s a web I’m seeing) Just keep an eye on the other plants and treat this one the best you can-sometimes you win, sometimes the pest wins sadly
