    At 1st i was going to say no its normal until i looked at the 2nd picture. Can it be wiped off? Or picked off? I'm thinking MAYBE scale. But I can't tell. Sorry maybe someone else can see it better in the 2nd picture.

    I was also thinking the first photo looked fine but then the second photo concerned me because it looks like spider mites from that one angle. I’m not saying it definitely is spider mites or scale, but I’d look them up online and check to be certain.

    I have two of these plants and both mine also had the same thing... wiped off one of them and left the other... I've never had an issue or pest outbreak from them and the plants health are stable so I took it as something natural
