Any recommendations to make this plant grow and thrive? These were propagated from its parent plant (which died last summer). But these have since been like this for a very long time.

    Mine started out that size. It's in a west facing window with indirect sunlight. Potted in a mix of 1/3 orchid bark, 1/3 pearlite and 1/3 succulent potting soil. That mixture works fantastic for all of these.

      This is very helpful. I have one that I have not repotted yet from purchase and I’ve noticed the soil is quite dense. I’ve been thinking I should repot soon. But it’s been doing well and have grown so much that I was putting it off. I also started a propagation off some long leaves that came slightly damaged and have added a few more.

    Mines behind a sheer curtain in a window that gets direct light all afternoon (uk south facing) and she seems to be happy as Larry there. First was taken in June this year when I got it
