right what direction does the window face? they could be bleaching from too much sun is why i’m asking for that info

SunnyI agree that it looks like too much sun. My queen of the night turns bright yellow from too much sun as shown in the photo. The other possibility is not enough fertilizer.

Need to see the whole plant to check the color, condition and the soil makeup. Only looking at three leaves is not sufficient to determine the issue.
