   Looks like it might be a light issue but I'm not sure are there any pests in the pot at all?

   Check the roots. It could be fungal. Remove any bad/mushy roots, rinse with half water-peroxide mix and only water when soil is completely dry. Unfortunately, the damaged leaves are goners 🥴
