saritahow often are you watering? have you checked the roots?

Roots are fine, and I have a schedule but have been off of it recently but I usually just water around once a week

That tends to be too often for money trees. They store water in their trunks, so they only need to be watered when the soil is fully dry, which is usually longer than a week.
