After fertilizing basil plant it seemed to stop growing. I used organic pellet fertilizer 4-2-8 with seaweed, dehydrated hen manure, potash sulphate and feather meal and put the recommended amount as per the package. The leaves seem to be curling and I have a few leaves that got brown tips and the growth looks stunted. Could it be too much fertilizer even if the package says it was correct? What would I do to fix that?

There are many reasons why a basil has curling leaves. Light conditions, watering conditions, temperature fluctuations to name a few. I doubt that the fertilizer was the problem.

Interesting… I have a grow light so light shouldn’t be the problem and I water according to the soil moisture meter.

I think it's gotten too big for it's pot.
