I had this Philodendron Gloriosum at work and I wondered if it needed more light so I brought home and now it looks like this. I thought perked up but the other day I found it looking like this. The dark green leaves have turned pale almost whitish yellow. He looks paler than the photo shows. Any ideas on help for him?

Looks like it could be overwatered. That’s often what causes that kind of thing. If it was under watering or too much light, it would turn yellow and the edges would turn brown.

I did recently repot it in a self watering pot. Maybe it soaked up too much. Have you used a self watering pot with success?

Give it time to recover from repotting too. It stresses them out.
