Can someone please tell me what this is?? Mould? Eggs? I only noticed it now and it’s not on any of my other plants. It’s on my Raven ZZ

    a generally harmless fungus — scoop it out and sprinkle some cinnamon. however, there probably shouldn’t be any kind of fungus in the soil of your Zz. Zz needs very dry conditions, too dry for fungus like this to grow. If you’re not watering too frequently, the soil is likely hanging onto water longer than it should
