I know it’s a little too hard to tell but just left of the centre are cobwebs. Spider mites or normal cobwebs?

Check for the tiny mites. There is usually a lot of them. They will quickly multiply and cover the plant like a a stocking. The webbing is very fine unlike the ones on your plant. See my photos. You can see the droplets of insecticide better than the webbing on my Alocasia Zebrina. The other is a close up of a hoya with layers of the leaf eaten. It’s old damage. So, no visible mites.
2 J'aimeThank you! Luckily not had them that bad in the past. Think it’s too many Facebook posts with worst case scenarios making me super cautious
2 J'aimeSpider mites will make your leaves look speckled. As much as I can see you do not have spider mite webs but it's hard to say.
2 J'aimeI’m thinking it’s not. Managed to find a tiny spider which is most likely the culprit
1 j'aimeIn my experience, spider mite webs are very fine, almost like a small bit of pulled apart cotton ball. And you would see the mites. I would inspect the underside of all of your leaves, and check all of the nooks and crannies of your plant just to be sure. If it is, get some Bonide 4in 1 cold pressed Neem oil, and follow the directions. That’s what I use when they show up, and it works on making them gone.
2 J'aimeThank you. It was treated just incase and I think it was just a small spider
1 j'aimeThey're usually tightly knit, like it looks like webby cloth. This looks more like house spider, jumping spider maybe
1 j'aimeI sprayed the top just incase and saw it was a little money spider 😊
