I recently bought this Chinese money plant about two weeks ago and I have been taking care of it, but the stems are drooping. Is this normal or an issue?

It looks to be reaching for light
3 J'aimetheir stems droop for a number of reasons, usually due to overwatering or underwatering. they will also drop old leaves, which are typically at the bottom of the stem (and completely normal, they'll do that in good health or bad health). i'd just monitor the soil to see if it's drying out too quickly, retaining too much water/being watered too often. if your plant looks completely healthy and isn't showing other signs of these issues, it might just be stretching for more light. hope this helps! :)
3 J'aimeWe recently got one of these and it took a while for it to stabilize, about six weeks. They do need a lot of light and be sure to follow the app recommendations for watering.
1 j'aimeThank you so much for the recommendations! I’ll move it to a brighter spot.
