Hello, does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening to my Hoya pubicaylix? No bugs that I can see, and planta dr said maybe a repot is needed. I have not checked the roots yet but now I’m seeing more spots on leaves. Tyia

It’s usually under watering issues when it starts to show dry spots and turn yellow. Check the roots for complete dryness or overwatering. I have several hoyas that are too dry with leaves turning yellow.
1 LikeOkay that makes a little more sense cause the soil is very dry, I probably need to water more often. Thank you so much!
1 LikeHoyas with thick leaves can go without water longer because they store more water in their leaves than the typical thin leaf plant. But, the water is a reserve. You should water as soon as the soil dries to avoid the plant draining its reserves.
1 LikeOkay great, I will definitely be checking on it more often because it goes awhile with completely dry soil 🙈 learning curve. Thanks!
