Hi!! I have had a lucky bamboo growing in water for the past 2 years, and it has been doing great the whole time. However, I have recently noticed the tips of its leaves turning yellow. I repotted into a different jar and tried changing the lighting conditions to no avail. Nothing else seems to be wrong with the plant as far as I’m aware, the roots and stem still look and feel normal. Does anyone know what could be wrong with my bamboo and how to care for it better? I am a complete beginner so any advice would be great! Thank you 🎋

It could need fertilizer. But in my experience they do that after a few years. Just change the water every couple of weeks and give it some food aka fertilizer. You could also try a humidifier...

Thank you!! I have an all purpose houseplant food fertiliser, do you think it would be alright to just add some straight to the water my plant sits in or would it harm the roots?

Also you can cut the tips off if you don't like looking at them.
