I’m trying to repot my root-bound scindapsus since it started yellowing all over. When I re-pot, do I need to untangle all of the roots? Or just put in a larger pot with fresh soil? I’ve been trying by spraying and soaking but it’s not really working.

    I would just put it in the pot and let the plant do its thing. Messing with the roots can stress the plant which you want to keep to a minimum when repotting.

    i'd just massage them a little to loosen em up, but you don't need to untangle them. just do your best to gently loosen them and put soil around them. roots are smart and will find their way through the new soil. :)

    loosen them up a little, but unless you have root rot i would not advise trying to detangle them. it's stressful for the plant
