   powdery mildew! it may be overwatered/too dark. i use Natria brand neem oil against fungus/pests. consider moving it to a brighter spot/waiting a couple more days between watering to make sure it doesn’t come back.

   It doesnt look like powdery mildew, it looks like mineral build up from water that had fertilizer in it. Use a warm cloth and wipe away. If it’s powdery mildew you’ll be able to feel it and will wipe away with touch
