Spider mite or predatory/beneficial mite?? The vast majority of them are located in/on the moss pole, and the plant itself does not seem to have other “normal” spider mite symptoms.

Buggy RIf you want a healthy safe way to kill them get like 20 ladybugs set them outside with the plant for about an hour and they should be gone
